In a small pan cook blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice on high heat for 5 minutes and reduce to medium heat and cook an additional 10-12 minutes
Skim the foam off and store in a heat-proof container. The jam will thicken as it cools.
5 Cups Coconut Powder or equalant milk
1 Cup dark brown sugar
1 Cup Corn Syrup
1/4 cup water
Put the coconut powder in water in a non stick pan over medium heat and mix brownsugar and cornsyrup to it and stir frequently, until mixture darkens and thickens. To check whether the jam consistency, drop a teaspoonful into a bowl of cold water. If the mixture forms a soft ball in the cold water but flattens when removed, it is ready
