How to Prepare Take Fresh Prawns and clean it also remove the black thread which is the spine of prawns. Now keep them aside with mix it iwth salt . Wash the prawns again. Add olive oil and butter and add garlic chops to it and Saute well when the colour changes to slight brown add add pinch of salt and pepper to it. Add 125 ml cream and 1 tablespoon flour and then saute . Finally add prawns and to this recipe and stirr well and make sure to cook Prawns atleast for ten to thirteen minutes untill the creamy consistency becomes rich enught to serve. Now its time to server for your guest.Grnish your recipe either with parsley fresh chopped or grated cheddar cheese
